Jobs & Jobs is a recruitment agency that operates between employers and job seekers in the Uae and the Gcc countries. We act as an intermediary to ensure the best job matches between businesses and potential employees.

2. Services Provided

For Employers:

• Providing updated CVs as soon as they are available.
• Arranging interviews, both in-person and online, until the right candidate is found.
• Assisting with employment contracts and facilitating smooth onboarding for the new employee.
• Offering a 30-day guarantee for one-time free replacement if the employee does not fit.

For Job Seekers:

• Helping in the preparation of CVs based on the information provided.
• Sharing the CV with suitable companies that match the candidate’s qualifications.
• Organizing job interviews with employers.
• Arranging travel and other logistics if hired for an overseas position.

3. Fees and Payments

For Employers:

• Successful recruitment fee: €1,000 per successful hire.
• All payments are non-refundable after payment is made.

For Job Seekers:

• All payments are non-refundable after payment is made.

4. Guarantees and Responsibilities

We guarantee to provide the best services within our scope, but we do not guarantee employment or specific outcomes. Hiring is based on the needs of the employer and the selected candidate. We are not responsible for any disputes that arise between the employer and employee after hiring.

5. Data Usage

By providing us with your personal information, you agree to our use of this data for recruitment purposes and sharing it with employers or job seekers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All paid fees are non-refundable, whether from employers or job seekers.
• Once payment is made, no amount will be refunded under any circumstances.

7. Legal Disclaimer

Jobs & Jobs acts as an intermediary between employers and job seekers. We are not responsible for any losses or disputes that arise from the employment relationship established between the parties. Additionally, we are not legally responsible for any inaccurate information provided by employers or job seekers.

8. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes by posting updates on this page. Continued use of our services after any amendments implies acceptance of the updated terms.
