About the founder
Ahmed Altuquz is a visionary entrepreneur and seasoned business leader with a proven track record in international human resources, and high-level business development. Starting his professional journey at just 18 years old in the United Arab Emirates, he quickly established himself as a driven and capable leader. By age 20, his dedication was formally recognized with a Certificate of Appreciation from the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce.
Over the years, Ahamd has arranged and facilitated more than 1,000 executive-level meetings, building strong networks and lasting partnerships across the Middle East, Europe, and North America.
Today, he is the founder and CEO of three successful companies:
- DUBAi Human Resources Consultancy (USA): A leading U.S.-based HR firm with a strong track record of over 10,000 professional interviews and placements.
- Dubai Agency: A well-established human resources company with a solid team, providing tailored HR solutions services across Eastern Europe.
- Jobs and Jobs (UAE): A UAE-licensed Human Resources Consultancy providing professional workforce solutions, talent support, and HR consultancy services to businesses across the GCC.
